Ok, I got it working! I’m not sure what the problem was exactly but while troubleshooting, the stomp switch wires came loose so I resoldered them using some solid core I had. While doing that I noticed a small piece of a clipped lead was stuffed under one of the resistors so I removed it. I also went back and touched up the trim solder points as well as resistors next to the low trim. One of those did the trick. My best guess is the piece of lead was adding resistance but I’m not certain. In any case, it sounds awesome! I appreciate your help and I’m excited to add this pedal to my signal chain. Cheers.
