    Look, Ma! No screws!
    Dave T sent us this photo of his Percolator. What’s missing? That’s right, no screw heads. Dave used a biscuit joiner to assemble the cabinet. This locks the wood pieces together with a football-shaped plate that is glued into mating slots in the cabinet parts. He installed the grille frame by running 1″ screws through the frame and into the cabinet, from the inside. Very elegant, Dave!

    NEWS from ZDL: We think the biscuit technique is so nice, that starting in April 2017, when you order a ready-made Percolator amp, cab or combo, it will feature this method of construction. In future, we hope to adapt the kit to this method also.
