I am interested in using the Altura as a wireless Bluetooth midi device, using a CME Widimaster bluetooth midi transmitter:
These devices require that the midi out jack be powered, to provide the power necessary for the widimaster to operate.
Is the Altura midi out jack powered?
That sounds like a very interesting product. That would be a very practical piece of equipment to have around.
To answer your question, yes the Altura has a powered midi jack.
