Problem setting LOW and HIGH

The power LED is lit, but the bypass LED will not turn on. I have pressed the button, held the button still no response.
Is there a methodology for diagnosing this type of problem ?
I would appreciate suggestions as to where and what should I start checking.

Check out the troubleshooting guide under the documentation tab of the Quaverato product page. It gives the steps you should take to diagnose the problem.
